1. An introductory call or video meeting will help Grant Pilot LLC understand your goals, hear about your organization and programs, discuss the right services, and set up a meeting/communication cadence.

2. For Funding Research Services, payment is required up front. Grant Pilot LLC will then conduct the research, make calls, and/or set up eligibility meetings with funders to build profiles on well-aligned funding opportunities for your organization, delivered in an organized and maintainable format.

3. For Grant Writing Services, Grant Pilot LLC will do initial research on both your organization and the grant/s to determine pricing. If an agreement is reached, payment is required up front with the exception of high-complexity grants where 50% payment is required up front and 50% before final submission.

4. Grant Pilot LLC will compile a list of information needed from your organization including budgetary breakdowns and nonprofit documentation. Meetings or messaging tools will be used to ask questions about your organization. A package of grant materials will be completed for your review. This can be an iterative process.

5. When ready, and after the remaining 50% payment is made, if necessary, the grant can be submitted either by you or Grant Pilot LLC, funder permitting.

6. All materials crafted through our services on behalf of your organization are fully owned by you. Exceptions may exist depending on funder policies.”
